Dr. Certeza was easy to talk to about my check-up. She keeps eye contact when answering my questions.

Justine is always super friendly and pays attention to my needs. I am so happy I found her during my switch with insurance companies.

Very thorough. She listened to my concerns and made sure everything was addressed. She researched my file prior to meeting me for the first time so she knew my history. She is very friendly and acted quickly to address my immediate concern during the visit so it could be treated and I could have piece of mind it wasn’t something more serious. We are so lucky to have her as our new doctor for my wife and I.

I am very comfortable with her, did not feel stressed being I have had the same doctor for years pryor to changing.

Understanding what I had to say

This was the first time she had seen me as a patient, but she put me at ease right away and I felt she was concerned and attentive to my problem and ordered tests to determine the underlying problem and ensure there were no other issues

Justinne is a very friendly, happy person who cares about her patients. She does not require an office visit when a note in MyChart works. As a new patient, she scheduled lab work for me right after my appointment with no need to make a return trip. This was a wonderful experience and I hope my insurence does not change so I may continue to see her for many years
