He was awesome before this. I am sad this happened. Changing my restrictions and return to work without examining or speaking to me was not good. I was in bad shape and had to get an injection for pain in ER over weekend - he did not know this because he did not talk to or evaluate me first. I have gone back to see him and will continue treatment for this but this changed how I view him as a provider. I lost trust there.
