Dr. George Thieroff is a rheumatologist who sees pediatric and adult patients of all ages with complex rheumatologic conditions. He diagnoses and treats various conditions, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which affect the joints, muscles, bones, and connective tissues, causing pain and inflammation.

Dr. Thieroff is well-trained on identifying and treating rheumatologic conditions. He served on two subcommittees and a workshop for rheumatology-based organizations; authored published abstracts and presentations; served as an invited panelist; presented at a national conference; and attended several meetings on rheumatology-related topics. In addition to JIA and RA, his research interests include health care transitions.

Dr. Thieroff is an assistant professor with the Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is also a member of the American College of Rheumatology and the Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance.
