She was kind of thrown into the mix becausey regular doctor was booked up, and I was a little concerned about the appointment, as most of my medical care is handled through a specialist, but she totally understood what was going on and took the same care, even asked the same questions as my regular doctor does, which is pretty remarkable, since this was the first time we’ve met! She was very kind and understanding about my all-over health issues and very respectful of the ways in which those issues impact me, and she also asked lots of relevant questions regarding my treatment, which was great, as I’ve had other doctors (not affiliated with SSM) who have been dismissive or even argumentative about my diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m very grateful for SSM in Durand for having doctors and staff who care about their patients and are willing to work with other providers to care for them; and Chenin fits into that dynamic very well!
