VISITOR GUIDELINES

SSM Health Monroe Hospital and SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group have updated our visitor policy to:

Two* visitors** per patient. Visitors will be required to wear the appropriate PPE as instructed. Masks (procedural mask recommended) must be worn at all times and must cover nose and mouth. Compassionate care exceptions may be made in end-of-life situations. Patients who are COVID-positive, presumptive positive, or under investigation for a COVID-19 infection may have visitors. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Please check in with nursing staff before entering the room.

*One support person per patient allowed in the Emergency Department.**Visitors/support persons age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
