Tamara was present in the appointment, meaning that she really listened, understood my concerns, was able to see that this is recurring and knew that it couldn't be brushed off. Tamara is not my regular clinician, but I was very happy with the results and next step to my concerns.

Friendly concerned really seemed to care

I was unable to see Dr Simpson, my primary MD at SSM. I was fortunate to see Tamara in Dr Simpson’s absence. Ms Zupas was very kind, a good listener, very reassuring, & I would say, overall excellent! I hope I have the opportunity to see her again at some point.

I visited Tamara for a yearly physical and I also asked her about an injury to my knee. Tamara presented herself as a practitioner that cared about her profession, her responsibility to her patient, and to results. As she worked with me she was very thorough in eliminating and cause for my injury regardless of the probability. When we, she, narrowed it down she set a course for my remediation. I thank her. I am not surprise about the care that I received because I have experienced this from Dr. Simpson for many years.
