Shelley was very kind, caring and knowledgeable. She explained every thing thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her and would ask for her again if I had any problems.

Shelly and her roomer Cory were courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to any concerns I had. Things moved along, but I never felt rushed.
