Stephen Riggs is a board certified family medicine physician. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Houghton College in Houghton, NY and earned his medical degree from State University of New York - Syracuse College of Medicine in Syracuse, NY. He completed his internship and residency at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center-Syracuse.
