She took time t explain my condition and concerns.

I'm usually very nervous around doctors. Dr. Canales made me feel at ease about my condition.We discussed what our plan was to address this problem.

She was 30 minutes late for my appointment

She was very friendly, but somewhat intense. However, I appreciate the level of dedication to get my condition under control.

I did not know that there was a doctor that takes care of my diabetes. She was friendly and my care was important to her. She discussed a care plan that she would like for me to follow that was truly important to me. I didn't know what to expect but I was glad to know she cared about my health and that made me feel like I made the right decision to come to the SSM system for my health care.

She was fine. Just the logistix of the finding the building, etc., were difficult and would impact my recommendation.
