Samuel Engemann, DO

Samuel "Sam" Engemann, DO, is an internal medicine physician who provides primary care for adults ages 18 and older, and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. He cares for people with a wide range of health needs, with particular interests in mental health, metabolic health, and rheumatologic conditions, focusing on helping patients manage both everyday concerns and more complex, ongoing conditions.

Dr. Engemann believes that taking care of your health should be an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He partners closely with patients to support the direction they want to take in their health and life, helping them make choices that feel realistic and empowering. Together, he and his patients use tools that feel most comfortable to them, whether that includes medications, lifestyle changes, or strengthening personal relationships, with the goal of creating care that fits each individual's values and priorities.

He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Engemann is an amateur beekeeper and gardener, reflecting his appreciation for balance, patience, and growth.
