Dr Shah was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, she reviewed my chart with me. We came up with a plan together. Just so refreshing to have a provider that I can actually see and one who will listen to me.

Visits are rushed. Not focused on all the problems. Yes, older people have more problems to address!
