Paul Diesfeld is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 20 years of clinical and surgical experience in general orthopedics and adult joint reconstruction. He has worked primarily with Dr. William Schroer at SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis for the past 15 years, assisting with more than 7,000 minimally invasive knee replacements. He has been an integral part of ongoing total knee arthroplasty research, co-authoring several research presentations and journal publications with Dr. Schroer.

Paul attended the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, where he received an undergraduate degree in biological sciences. He obtained his training and certification as a physician assistant at the D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York.
