Straight forward and professional.

The interview, review of existing data, and physical. exam was very thorough... communication was clear on both the receiver and sender. GI education was provided in aa clear and concise way, both written and articulated. I left feeling I have an advocate on my side while we work through my health issues. Thank you.

I wish she spent more time getting to know my history and reviewing my chart/health information since this was my first appointment to address a health issue. I felt a bit dismissed and did not feel like she had a good understanding of my concerns and needs. The visit also felt rushed - she began treatment planning before she had all the necessary information. It did not feel collaborative and I left feeling disappointed
