Dr. Mark Mullen is a clinical psychiatrist who provides comprehensive psychiatric services for medically hospitalized patients, which includes evaluations, treatment, and management. He has expertise in various mental health conditions such as depressive disorders, anxiety, bipolar, and schizophrenia.

As an educator, Dr. Mullen is passionate about teaching medical students. He also hosts his own psychiatry podcast dedicated to educating students in the fundamentals of the field.

Dr. Mullen's research interests include undergraduate medical education; graduate medical education; transition to residency; consult-liaison psychiatry; and forensic psychiatry.

Dr. Mullen is an assistant professor with the Division of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuro at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is also a member of the Academy of Consult-Liaison Psychiatry; Association of Directors of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry; American Psychiatric Association; St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society; and the American Medical Association.
