Dr. Hoffmann is board certified in family medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Deaconess Health System in St. Louis. His medical degree was earned at Loyola University of Chicago. Dr. Hoffmann has been in practice since 1999; he has been with SSM Health in O'Fallon, MO since 2002. Dr. Hoffmann's special medical interests include sports medicine, preventive medicine, hypertension, and diabetes. Dr. Hoffmann has been awarded recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program for meeting national standards for diabetes care.

Dr. Hoffman uses telehealth services to conduct video office visits with current, established patients for: upper respiratory infection, sore throat, cough, seasonal allergies, skin rashes or lesions, mouth and cold sores, flu symptoms, conjunctivitis, UTI, gout, yeast infection and travel medication.
