Dr. Kurt Piening is an internal medicine specialist who provides comprehensive primary care services for patients ages 18 and older. Inspired by his Jesuit education, Dr. Piening strives to be a 'Man for Others,' and practicing medicine allows him to do just that. Fun fact: Medicine is a family affair for Dr. Piening - his five sons are either licensed physicians or training to become physicians.

I have been going to Dr. Piening for some time. He is a very caring person.

I have said this in the past. I think he is the best primary doctor I've ever had. In some ways I feel as if I am talking to a friend. I am very comfortable with him, he has a great bedside manner, but is also very medically knowledgeable. I feel calm when am talking with him, which is not easy because I struggle with anxiety. I feel as if he always gives me wise advice and is genuinely concerned about what is best for me. He never makes me feel rushed. He is the type of doctor. I think everyone wishes they had.

He has been my physician for quite a few years and I feel like my health is in very good hands and that if I had a problem, he would be there to help me and/or guide me to a specialist.
