Dr. Kevin Mahoney specializes in trauma critical care and general surgery.

He is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Trauma Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr. Mahoney is also an instructor in the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) program, developed by the Committee on Trauma of the American College of Surgeons. The program teaches a systematic, concise approach to the care and immediate management of trauma patients.

He is a member of The Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma.

A dog enthusiast, Dr. Mahoney trains his yellow Labrador for dock diving competitions.
