Dr. Keith Cooper is board certified in family medicine and practicing in internal medicine. He earned his BA in medical physiology from South Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. He completed his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, IL and his medical and surgical internship at Midwestern University and Associated Hospitals in Chicago, IL. He went on to complete his residency in family medicine at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, OH.

Dr. Cooper's practice is focused on complex medical care to include wound care and skin cancer. He has a special interest as a medical author and in medical teaching.

Away from work, he enjoys gardening, woodworking, show cars, and spending time with family. He also enjoys traveling, with Italy and Spain along with places in the Mediterranean among his favorites.

He is one of the best doctors I had. He listens to me and makes me feel heard. He also takes the time to review my health history to best treat me today.

Provides excellent care, fast, efficient, decisive. Sees the medical needs but maybe not the person. Ideally I'd like someone who does both but I can work with him. He's highly competent and will take good care of me. Nice guy.

My experience with Dr Cooper was fine. The performance of reception staff was totally unacceptable.

He tries to be a pleasant person but I think his "exam room manner" is very lacking. He makes me long for my prior MD (retired).
