I can't think of anyone thing but Ms. Miller was kind, helpful and efficient so we accomplished my goal of continuing to be able to use the services of Hand wheels.

Went in for a followup blood test but was told I could not get it that day and had to make appt. Was told I was due for a follow up appointment with dr. Miller that I was not advised of or aware of. Also my charges were not sent thru insurance and i am being charged for the services with no explanation as to why they weren't sent thru insurance. We live 50 miles from dr. so we had to make two trips for a blood test.

Julie is a delight to have as my PCP. She makes me feel as though I am the only patient she sees — which I know is far from the truth!
