Went in for a followup blood test but was told I could not get it that day and had to make appt. Was told I was due for a follow up appointment with dr. Miller that I was not advised of or aware of. Also my charges were not sent thru insurance and i am being charged for the services with no explanation as to why they weren't sent thru insurance. We live 50 miles from dr. so we had to make two trips for a blood test.

Julie is a delight to have as my PCP. She makes me feel as though I am the only patient she sees — which I know is far from the truth!
