Jadey Sadoff, PA-C

Jade "Jadey" Sadoff, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine who cares for patients of all ages in the St. Louis metropolitan area. She provides comprehensive primary care services, including routine physicals, annual wellness visits, preventive care, and health screenings, and she diagnoses and manages a wide variety of both acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and many other common health concerns.

Jadey has special interests in mental health, musculoskeletal injuries, women's health, skin lesions and rashes, as well as weight management, allowing her to deliver personalized, well-rounded care tailored to each patient's needs.

She chose to practice family medicine to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients based on trust, empathy, and respect, and to support them through every stage of life. Jadey is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants (MOAPA).

Originally from California, Jadey has spent nearly 10 years in Missouri and has grown to love the region ... perhaps even more than California. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys baking, playing soccer and pickleball, and exploring all the free events St. Louis has to offer.
