Iqra Arshad, MD

Dr. Iqra Arshad provides inpatient medical care for adults admitted to the hospital. She manages their day-to-day care and provides prompt and complete attention to all patient care needs, including diagnosis, treatment, and performance of certain medical procedures. She also oversees the patient discharge process.

Dr. Arshad sees and treats a wide array of clinical cases; however, her clinical interests include nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, obesity, gastroenterology, and hepatology. She has a great passion for promoting health education to her patients with the goal of making a difference in their lives.

Dr. Arshad is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, American College of Gastroenterology, American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, and the American Gastroenterological Association. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine-Adult, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
