Dr. Giffin-Rao was very professional and approachable. She explained everything clearly and listened to everything I said. She identified a path forward that I am very comfortable with.

I feel like Dr Giffin-Rao isn't listening to my concerns anymore and gets upset or has a problem when I ask for a second opinion. She's also not discussing or addressing certain concerns or issues from previous visits or messages.
