Bedside manner is lacking. Couldn’t talk to me normally due to the AI recording device. I’ve never had a doctor not be able to talk freely while using that before. It was very awkward and I felt communication was hindered our whole visit. Couldn’t access my after visit summary for several days because she didn’t complete it fast enough. I thought the AI machine would have helped this. Also I didn’t care for her tone. Seems very burned out sadly. The clinic was empty and I received a longer visit time, so this may be more of a personal burnout rather. She was did a great assessment though and didn’t seem in a rush so I appreciate that.

Darcy was very kind and the appointment went great. Her nurse was great

She is very competent and certainly knowledgeable in her job. She was very complete in assisting my issues but I guess the big thing missing was her warmth. She was there to do her job and move on.

Straight to the point and very understanding! But I am sure that not all patients are as honest and trustworthy with their condition! I am!! And she understands it all!!

She treated with kindness and cared about my problems and treated me no different then any of person.

I have already recommended Darcy to many of my friends and family. I think Darcy is a very caring PA and takes her time with patients.

As I said, she did write my prescription and has reached out via MyChart. I would definitely see her again! Danae(sp?) the medical assistant was wonderful!
