Danielle Zachary, APRN-CNP

Dana Zachary, APRN-CNS, cares for adult patients ages 18 and older. She offers comprehensive care and diagnosis but also considers each patient from a holistic perspective, working with them to identify preventive measures they can take to improve their future health outcomes. She offers services across the primary care spectrum including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid disorders, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, sleep apnea, congestive heart failure and other acute and chronic illnesses. Zachary is a member of the American Diabetes Association and the Oklahoma Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists.

When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons in the great outdoors or watching University of Oklahoma sporting events.
