Pleasant, confident listener, who patiently explains issues, approaches to care and options. I don't feel rushed, even though I suspect I've run up the clock to my allotted time.

Chad Hess was very thorough in discussing my latest issues which were the reason I had come in, and how it may - or may not be related to existing health conditions I have had. I never felt like he was rushing through my appointment.
