This was not Dr. Gittings fault, but it would have been nice if the doctors/nurses had had time BEFORE patients arrive to familiarize themselves with the space. She spent a lot of the appt time figuring out where things were and how the newness of the room worked. I know it's new, but staff should have been given time to be in the space and worked through those things before patients came to the building.

loved her ability to make a person feel not rushed, wanted to know me, loved that she had a student shadowing her,,,,Welcome Floridian!
