Very nice and personable. I didn’t feel that the appointment was rushed and she listened.

Dr Harrod was kind and thorough. I appreciate it that she went through my history and just didn’t gloss over everything. She actually removed medication’s that I have been on years ago and every time I went in they just said oh no longer takes anymore. Dr. Herrod actually took the time to ask me about them and I really appreciated that.

She is an excellent PA-C. Very personable and knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend her to others and would schedule with her again. I hope she stays an employee of SSM for a very long time. We need more doctors like her.
