I went home happy!

Had an issue with blood pressure medication and didn't follow thru with phone call to let me know what to do. Not sure who was at fault the nurse or who.

Not only was she very good at explaining what I needed to understand in the office visit; after I got home I had a question about an OTC item she wanted me to use. Thus, I emailed her & am VERY glad I did because she explained the product I had at home needed a specific ingredient in it for it to be helpful for me & the product I had at home did not have that, so I was able to get to a drugstore & purchase the correct product. As much pain as I was dealing with it would have been VERY disappointing if I would be using a product that would do nothing for the pain--even though the product box claims to reduce pain.

She has always treated me with kindness and respect. I always feel I can ask her anything and she gives me advice and suggestions of what I need to do for my overall health. She discovered my uterine cancer five years ago and wasted no time on getting me to the right place for a successful outcome. I’ll forever be grateful to her.

Again she is great at the personal interaction, she is kind and listens but I feel she sends me to 14 other doctors and isn't taking responsibility for any of my concerns. My pharmacy can't seem to get her to do prior oths, and all I seen to hear is well have you seen so and so or let's wait until you do so and so but while I wait for my mammogram and sleep study and colonoscopy I can't stay awake, my eye sight is failing, my gi system is shutting down and I need help but all I get is a run around.

Dr. Nagle's nurse, Steph, has proven her worth over the many years I have known her. She is sincerely kind and engaging and her disposition alone makes me smile. Please tell her for me how much I appreciate her.
