Anjul Sharma, MD

Anjul Sharma, MD, MS, is a board-certified endocrinologist. He received his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India, completed his residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis and completed his fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

As challenging as endocrinology can be, Dr. Sharma is excited to start practicing, as it keeps him constantly learning and stimulated with rapid-advancing research. Prior to joining the SSM Health Medical Group, he was a hospitalist at Mercy Hospital - St. Louis. He provides care to patients ages 17 and older and is fluent in English and Hindi.

His medical interests include diabetes and glucose metabolism, cardiovascular endocrinology, thyroid disorder and cancers, adrenal diseases, calcium and bone disorders, osteoporosis, vitamin D disorders, neuroendocrinology and pituitary disorders, PCOS, transgender medicine, obesity and appetite regulation.
