Allison McNiell, PA-C

Allison McNiell, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in general internal medicine and medical weight management, caring for adults ages 18 and older. She sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area, offering accessible and compassionate care.

Allison provides a wide range of services, including chronic condition management, treatment for acute illnesses, and comprehensive wellness and preventive exams. She is committed to helping patients achieve their best health through personalized care and evidence-based practices.

Allison is proud to serve in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys camping, hiking and climbing with her husband. She keeps a checklist of all U.S. national parks and hopes to visit each park on the list.
