He is easy to talk to and he listens . But I guess I want a physical not just all communicating.

Felt very heard and he was very open to suggesting new plans and educating me on things I had questions about or wasn’t aware of. He made sure I knew all my Options and wanted to make sure we worked together to achieve the goals in place. I didn’t feel judged or looked down on and felt very comfortable speaking open to him.
