The clinic is located on Tuttle Street and provides family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric care, preventive visits, and on-site X-rays and lab. Patients can also receive women's health and maternity care through a team based approach that supports families before, during, and after pregnancy.

Our clinic is part of a Residency Program at SSM Health . Patients may be seen by licensed MD and DO resident physicians, supervised by experienced faculty physicians who oversee and advise on patient care.

Same-day care is available at this location for non-emergency illnesses and injuries when you need care quickly. Same-day care hours differ from primary care and are Monday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Same-day care welcomes both new and established patients ages 2 and older with an appointment.

Lab hours: Monday 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
