SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Baraboo, WI, offers caring primary care for patients of all ages in Sauk County and nearby communities. The clinic is located on Tuttle Street and provides family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric care, preventive visits, and on-site X-rays and lab. Patients can also receive women's health and maternity care through a team based approach that supports families before, during, and after pregnancy.

Our clinic is part of a Residency Program at SSM Health. Patients may be seen by licensed MD and DO resident physicians, supervised by experienced faculty physicians who oversee and advise on patient care.

Same-day care is available at this location for non-emergency illnesses and injuries when you need care quickly. Same-day care hours differ from primary care and are Monday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Same-day care welcomes both new and established patients ages 2 and older with an appointment.

Lab hours: Monday 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
