Dr. Zachary "Zach" Bartochowski is a board certified psychiatrist who specializes in adult outpatient mental health care. He sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. He provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management, focusing on compassionate, evidence based care that respects each person's individual path to wellness.

Dr. Bartochowski also offers MRI navigated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for people living with treatment resistant or difficult to treat depression. This noninvasive, drug free therapy uses precise MRI guided targeting to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation, offering new hope for individuals who have not found relief from other treatments.

He is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care. Dr. Bartochowski values a holistic approach and works closely with patients to build strategies that strengthen resilience, improve quality of life, and promote long term well being.

Dr. Bartochowski serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
