Willis Ko, MD

Dr. Willis Ko is a board-certified interventional cardiologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the heart and blood vessels. Dr. Ko cares for patients ages 18 years and older and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Dr. Ko treats a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, heart valve and aortic disease, patent foramen ovale, atrial septal defects, pulmonary embolism, venous clots, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, and cardiomyopathy. With a focus on improving heart health and overall well-being, Dr. Ko works closely with patients to develop individualized care plans.

Dr. Ko offers a comprehensive set of advanced procedures and diagnostic services, including cardiac catheterization, coronary stenting and atherectomy, vascular interventions, CardioMEMS - an implantable wireless sensor that continuously monitors your pulmonary artery (PA) pressure, pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis thrombectomy, venous stenting, cardiac stress testing, nuclear imaging, echocardiograms, and cardioversion. These services are designed to both diagnose heart conditions and provide minimally invasive treatments whenever possible.
