Dr. Hill earned bachelor's degrees in biochemistry and chemistry from the University of Oklahoma before receiving her medical degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa. She completed her family medicine residency at Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas, and has been published for her research.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing the ukulele and piano, staying active through CrossFit, trail running and road biking, disc golf, kayaking, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder. In 2009, Dr. Hill earned the titles of Miss Yukon and Miss Congeniality Oklahoma USA.
