Knew my medical history and was able to give some suggestions on my on going headaches. Very good listener.

Dr. Patel was very kind. She just did not hear me. She had her own ideas and did not even ask how I felt about any of it.

rated my experience a 4 because, while Dr. Patel was professional and followed a textbook approach, I did not feel fully heard or taken seriously during my visit. At the start of the appointment, she greeted me appropriately and began asking standard questions about headaches. However, I came in not only for headaches, but for a range of additional symptoms that I had taken the time to write down because they were concerning and not typical for me. I appreciated Dr. Patel’s professionalism, but I would have valued a more patient-centered approach that fully considered all of my symptoms and concerns from the beginning.
