She was willing to even pull up a website and look at things with me online so that she and I both understood the problems I was having. I never saw her! She’s not taking new patients and I was scheduled for a new patient visit. She looked great online- I would have liked to have seen her.

My complaint is not with Stacy Rashid. It is with the reception and scheduling staff. Didn't get to see Stacy due to rudeness at registration.

Stacey was very professional and listened and answered all my question. Made me feel better about what was happening to me, and set up 3 more visits, blood tests and 2 scans and removed wax from my ear. She didn’t miss anything.
