Was seen almost an hour after the schedule appt he did apologized , Would have rather wait in waiting area

Dr. Hedican explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand from the beginning. My recovery has progressed exactly as he described, and everything he indicated would happen throughout the recovery process has occurred as expected.
