Terrible. Rapids fire delivery. Facts without caring. I felt that she was put out because I came back fore information I will never as ee her again I will go drive to Madison

She was interrupted during our visit by an message, she said it pertained to an inpatient so she wanted to answer. She didn't disclose a name but she told me a bit about the situation. I practice HIPPA at my job so it felt wrong to hear this information.

I am glad that Theresa is at SSM. SSM is lucky to have her. It can be difficult to have conversations with medical professionals when it comes to talking about private, intimate and personal issues. Theresa is skilled and good at it.
