He answered a question I had even after leaving the room which was very considerate. This helped me to say I will tell family and friends about my awesome experience with Dr. FRANKEL.

The assistant, Ash, was kind, thorough, made sure she got my history correct, which ended up being very important in determining next steps. The Resident was friendly and clear, and Dr. Frankel was kind, honest, and referred me on for more specific help when he determined I needed a more expert opinion. He also used language that was easy to understand and encouraged continuity of care.

Very professional and caring

The only thing I would suggest is not overbooking appointments. The clinic was very backed up with a long wait line.

Dr Frankel is knowledgeable and thorough.

He and his staff were very helpful and courteous. If asked, I would definitely recommend this group.

He is an experienced physician who is very respectful and he knows what he does.

I had a good experience this visit, I didn't have to wait too long. Other times, I've been there for up to 4 hours. In those instances, I was never informed about why things were taking that long. This visit was relatively quick. I do appreciate Dr. Frankel for his knowledge and care for my vision.

Dr Frankel always explains things in great detail and always gives a respectful handshake when you arrive and leave. It feels like he wants his patients to know everything they need to know and that he cares for them.

It was the most comprehensive exam I have ever had. The Doctor was very nice, explaining all tests and treatments thoughrely in language and terms easy for me to understand. All my questions were answered and all medications I was prescribed were extensively discussed with signs and symptoms I needed to be aware of and when to seek further treatment.

Dr. Frankel was very attentive to my concerns and cares.
