Very knowledgeable and caring. Always listens to my ideas and concerns.

Sometimes very difficult to convince them I need to be seen but I don't think Dr Grass has all the say in that. This particular time, I was taken seriously and Dr Grass, not enough good can be said about him. He was very thorough in his listening and decision process.
