Dr. Raj is not my regular physician, but was on call for my primary, Dr. Brenda Grass. Her team was able to fit me into their schedule within an hour after my call. Dr. Raj was extremely knowledgeable, listened effectively and diagnosed my condition with expertise. Dr. Raj ordered the necessary X-rays and put together the diagnosis in less than an hour. She is highly efficient and I felt she respected me and my time.

Multiple issues; felt like Dr did not understand my concern. Explained my pain now was not as bad as it is is for others.

She’s a caring doctor

Dr. Raj has been a big part of me getting my diabetes under control. For this reason, I will always hold her with respect and high esteem.

She didn’t really address any of my concerns. Just keeps telling me she could refer me to other specialists. Then at the end told me in the future when I have concerns to schedule appointments for my concerns vs being them all to my annual appointment. I thought that was what my annual appointments were for. I felt like I was being rushed out. Annual appointments should be scheduled for more than 15 minutes

I wish there were more doctors like her

Friendly. Very knowledgeable. As a new patient I could tell she had reviewed my chart prior to my appointment.

Every time I’ve gone for a problem all I get is do physical therapy I specifically told them about the problem all she did was refer me to someone else didn’t even look at the issue I was having

I am glad Dr. Raj is my primary care physician. She is knowledgeable and she really cares.

Dr. Raj has a cheerful way about her and a great sense of humor. She shows sincere concern about my health. One of the previous questions on the survey asked if my most recent visit was planned or scheduled or a follow-up visit. My first appointment in December was for my 6 month check up from which she became aware that an ultrasound test may be needed to assess something that could be very serious or nothing at all. I had a follow-up the next day that I stated earlier it could be life threatening or nothing serious, and a specialists could verify which diagnosis was true. I trust her judgment.

She needs to listen more and ask questions. Instead she assumes and doesn't listen to anything I was saying. Was refusing to order a lab draw for something I needed and when she did it came back with so many issues that would have been missed if I didnt insist on getting the lab done. She continued to argue with me and say my labs from 2 years ago are fine and shouldn't have changed. She made me very uncomfortable and irritated. I left with a headache because of her
