Dr. Olusegun Owotomo, is a pediatric pulmonologist in St. Louis who provides expert care for children from newborns to age 18 with a wide range of acute and chronic lung conditions.

Dr. Owotomo specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric respiratory disorders, including asthma, chronic cough, airway disorders, bronchitis, wheezing, cystic fibrosis, recurrent pneumonia, and pulmonary complications related to sickle cell disease. He also manages complex conditions such as bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), vocal cord dysfunction, congenital lung disorders, and pulmonary hypertension. His practice includes advanced diagnostic techniques such as flexible bronchoscopy, pulmonary function testing, lung volume and diffusion assessments, and exhaled nitric oxide measurements.
