Nick Schieldt earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Having grown up in Janesville, WI where he met his wife, Nick is excited to return to South Central Wisconsin to complete his medical training.

Prior to beginning medical school, Nick worked as a medical scribe in an emergency department in Sheboygan, WI; it was there that he learned of the importance of primary care in illness prevention, sparking his interest in rural family medicine. His ultimate career goal is to be able to care for any patient he sees, spanning from outpatient office visits to acute visits in the emergency department.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and their French Bulldog/Boston Terrier, Edgar. In his downtime, he can be found playing niche board games with friends, reading at a local coffee shop, or online playing video games.
