Michelle Baldwin, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing compassionate care to patients of all ages. She received her associate degree in nursing from Missouri State University, Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University.
Before joining the SSM Health Medical Group, Michelle practiced as an urgent care family nurse practitioner at SSM Health and Mercy, where she diagnosed acute illnesses and injuries. She also has nine years of experience as a registered nurse in emergency room settings, primarily Level 1 trauma centers.
Since 1995, Michelle has made healthcare her career path, where she has achieved the ability to delegate, follow through, problem solve, become a leader and help educate the community.
When she is not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, boxing and reading.

She wasnt just there to check off boxes and go to next patient. i felt heard and treated as if i was someone she actually cared about helping. I cant tell you enough how much i needed that and she thankfully was able provide that. i have never left a dr visit before leaving with the feeling that i actually have a plan to get better like i did visiting her. i will never forget that
