Michelle Baldwin, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing compassionate care to patients of all ages. She received her associate degree in nursing from Missouri State University, Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University.

Before joining the SSM Health Medical Group, Michelle practiced as an urgent care family nurse practitioner at SSM Health and Mercy, where she diagnosed acute illnesses and injuries. She also has nine years of experience as a registered nurse in emergency room settings, primarily Level 1 trauma centers.

Since 1995, Michelle has made healthcare her career path, where she has achieved the ability to delegate, follow through, problem solve, become a leader and help educate the community.

When she is not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, boxing and reading.

Amanda cares, it shows when she communicates with me on my conditions and what needs to be addressed. She also went above and beyond when she set up an emergency appointment for me with her cardiologist. I have nothing but gratitude for her kindness and her willingness to help.

I was going in for just a check up and she noticed a difference in my face and my tongue. She called my wife to see if she noticed anything different in me my blood pressure had been high for a while nurse practitioner, Michelle had my wife take me over to the emergency room.

As I said, "SHE WAS AMAZING"! I also called back on the 9th of October and talked to one of your staff. She gave me the name of the possible diagnosis. And I am waiting to hear regarding the culture they sent to the lab. I feel so much better going to the doctor's office than Urgent Care!! They are so much better at their job!! Thanks for caring!
