Megan was very understanding to my concerns and needs. She followed up with me after the test results and to see how I was doing.

I really appreciate that Megan had obviously taken the time to review my chart beforehand. This was a follow-up appt (from an appt 2 mos ago) & she didn't skip a beat - it was like I just saw her 2 days ago. :)
