Mary Morris, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C, CGRN, brings almost two decades of nursing experience as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner to SSM Health Medical Group. She focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions that affect all areas of the digestive tract.

Morris received her undergraduate education in pre-nursing from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla., before completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Mary served as a registered nurse for nine years before returning to the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center to complete a Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to joining SSM Health, she served as a nurse practitioner for two independent gastroenterology groups and is a nationally board-certified GI nurse. She is a member of the Oklahoma Nurse Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates and the Central Oklahoma Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates.

She is fluent in English and has literary fluency in Spanish.

When not caring for her patients, Mary is committed to volunteering in the community. She has coordinated mission trips internationally at her church, served as a nurse at Salvation Army summer camps and is an ambassador for the Professional Moms of Oklahoma City chapter.
