Laurel Kramer, PhD earned her Master of Science in Counseling from State University of New York in Oneonta, NY. She received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo and completed an internship with Southern Illinois University - Carbondale.

As an outpatient psychologist she provides care predominantly to individuals with depression and anxiety. Her other professional interests include helping her patients to manage life with chronic and serious health problems, such as cancer, assisting patients with life transitions, as well as providing help for the elder care stressors that caregivers encounter. She is also a part of many community presentations as well as a monthly local radio program that address various mental health and wellness topics.

Additionally, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and dog, gardening, bicycling, and spending time with her family, including her five grandchildren.
