Laura was professional and answered my questions.

Her attitude was very uncompassionate or caring about me, as her patient. She was very abrupt and cold in her responses to me. I felt, when leaving the appointment, that this was a complete waste of time. Laura D Raley did nothing to make me feel better. I could've done just as well, staying home, in my own bed. Her demeanor was very cold towards me, and I really wish I had never booked an appointment with her, in which I will avoid in the future. I tried to book with someone else when the appointment was made, but there was no one else until next week, so I reluctantly booked an appointment with her, but hopefully, I won't be so sick to agree to see her, as I prioritized my sickness over my preference in who would be evaluating me. She was also very dismissive of anything I had to say, and tried to pawn me off to other specialties without discussing my concerns with me. Plus she left me, intentionally, without a continuance of an rx that I told her repeatedly, was helping me. If she couldn't renew the rx due to insurance reasons, then I believe that the correct response was to explain this to me, rather than just deny me a continuance of an rx that was helping me clear up this infection. Her attitude and demeanor towards me was very poor, along with her willingness to help me heal, and to get rid of this infection.
